Data Protection As A Precautionary Measure:

You agree and understand that it is your (the client’s) responsibility to maintain backup copies of all important data & software(s) stored on your computer’s hard disk drive(s), prior to repair service performed on your home or business computer. Z01D shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration or corruption of any software, data or files.

Your computer system will not be intentionally harmed.

The primary goal is to fix/repair your computer, not to damage it.

In the case of accidental damage of data to your system caused by an already existing problem in your system such as viruses, spyware, malware, bad configured software, failing hard drive, or hardware problems/failures. You, the customer agree that keeping a current data backup of important data files & software(s) on said computer is important, and your responsibility prior to repair service.

By agreeing to this waiver, you understand:

  1. I was offered, and do not need, or require any Data Backup service by Z01D, prior to diagnostics, and system repair.
  2. I understand that system diagnostics, repair of a virus/spyware infected system, mis-configured hardware, hardware problems/failures, or hard-drive testing on a possibly bad or faulty hard-drive can "stress" the harddrive, which in rare situations can result in complete data loss.
  3. I consider all of my important documents safely backed up and I do not have any important data (documents, email contacts, pictures, music, business information, school work, reports, etc.) on my computer or laptop that requires the data backup service to be performed, prior to diagnostics and system testing by Z01D.
  4. By not requiring the Data Backup service to be performed on ANY data within my computer, or laptop, I will not hold Z01D responsible for data loss during computer diagnostics and repair.
